David Banks, President and CEO of the Eagle Academy Foundation, and long time friend, advisor, former board member and supporter of COSEBOC, was invited to speak at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday, July 26th. Joining David was joined by 40 young men from Eagle Academy.
