Sharlonda Buckman-Davis is an expert Consultant for National and local organizations on family engagement and youth development. She currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Family and Community Engagement for the largest public school district in Michigan, Detroit Public Schools Community District.

The goal of Conversations with Thought Leaders is to strengthen the capacity of educators and advocates dedicated to the affirmative development of boys and young men of color. These free, virtual conversations provide an opportunity to learn and engage with prominent leaders in an inquiry focused on boys and young men of color. Our guests will be joined by Ron Walker and other members of the COSEBOC team.
