Cancellation Policy

You must contact us in writing no later than March 15, 2015, to cancel your registration for the 2015 Annual Gathering. For cancellations made by March 15, 2015, your  registration fee will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will  be given for cancellations made after March 16, 2015. All refunds are issued via the payment method used after the conference.

Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address,  Organization/School, amount paid and payment type. Send cancellation requests to

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.

No shows will not be refunded conference fee.

On-Site Registrations

Individuals not registered before April 10, 2015, must register on-site. On-site registration is on a “space-available” basis. We accept credit card and checks payable to “COSEBOC” as the “ONLY” forms of payment. Please call Special Gathering at 410-685-7664 to confirm space and availability.

Photography/Video Documentation Policy

In consideration for being able to attend the COSEBOC 9th Annual Gathering of Leaders, you agree to allow authorized associates/vendors of the COSEBOC 9th Annual Gathering of Leaders, its licensees, successors, and assignees full and complete irrevocable permission, without reservation or restriction, to be photographed/recorded at the COSEBOC 9th Annual Gathering of Leaders, in any manner (video, audio or electronic, etc.) and for them to use said photograph(s)/recording(s) as they deem appropriate in connection with COSEBOC or any related activities.
